Silence that is before any story, during any story, and after all stories are over.
That silent awareness is your nature. It is always present. It is always fulfilled in itself. It is by its nature awake, conscious and free.
As a human being you have the capacity to reflect on what is the source of your attention, what gives your attention its capacity to attend.
That source is the limitless sky of spacious, silent awareness.
At any time in your life, you have full permission to simply be silent, to simply be still...to stop.
